Hold back the rising water

UpTide is a sliding-tile puzzle with water in it. Once you make a 16, the sea starts filling the bottom row of the board. When the row is full it floods, and every tile in it is lost.

Merge a 64 or bigger to push the water back, and spend your ten drains wisely. Reach 1024 to win, then keep going for 2048.
